Comprehensive Care for Lasting Recovery

Healing requires more than addressing symptoms—it means understanding the unique challenges each person faces. Our programs are designed to support individuals through a wide range of struggles. By providing specialized care in each area, we help clients find balance, build resilience, and achieve meaningful, long-term recovery.

Eating Disorders

  • Anorexia: Anorexia nervosa is marked by restrictive eating, intense fear of gaining weight, and body image struggles. Treatment helps restore health while building self-acceptance and resilience.
  • Bulimia: Bulimia involves cycles of binge eating followed by purging or over-exercising. We work to break this cycle and create healthier ways of coping with stress and emotions.
  • Binge Eating: Binge eating disorder is characterized by repeated episodes of overeating paired with feelings of guilt or loss of control. Care focuses on developing balance, self-compassion, and positive eating habits.
  • Selective Eating / ARFID: Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID) often stems from sensory sensitivities, fears, or lack of interest in food. Treatment expands food variety while easing the anxiety tied to eating.

Mental Health

  • Anxiety: Anxiety goes beyond everyday stress, often causing overwhelming worry and physical symptoms. We help individuals manage anxiety through proven therapeutic tools and strategies for calm.
  • Depression: Depression can make even simple tasks feel overwhelming. Our care focuses on restoring motivation, improving mood, and helping individuals reconnect with joy in life.
  • PTSD: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder can lead to flashbacks, avoidance, and emotional distress. With evidence-based therapies, we guide individuals toward healing and reclaiming a sense of safety.

Types of Therapy We Offer

Individual Therapy

We treat the whole person, not just a disorder. We create a personalized, one-on-one process that fosters reflection, healing, and growth.  Out therapists create safe collaborative space to address challenges such as anxiety, eating disorders, depression, OCD, and relationship struggles while building coping skills and resilience.

Group Therapy

A supportive and encouraging setting where individuals connect with peers, share experiences, and learn together. Group therapy reduces isolation, fosters validation, and strengthens recovery.

Nutrition Therapy

Guided by our expert dietitian, Maggie Legavor RD, nutrition therapy helps individuals heal their relationship with food and body. Through evidence-based care, clients learn to challenge diet myths, embrace balance, and develop a compassionate, intuitive approach to eating.
